I am a Business Coach and Project Manager with a passion to structure, simplify and visualize the processes, projects and leadership tools and methods.

I have over 20 years of experience from operative and project leadership roles in the international companies in the areas of Supply Chain Management, Finance and Information System Management. I have worked with many different organizations and teams, the common theme for all of them has been the development and the change.

During the last 10 years, I have also worked as a coach to support professionals and managers and their teams to focus on the essentials, structure their thoughts and enable the change – in themselves and in their environment.

In my roles, I believe in clear communication and especially in the power of listening – to be able to embrace new things and implement the change in ourselves and in our environment, we need to have a possibility to stop and think.

Additionally, I firmly encourage thinking & planning ahead, organization and coordination. Things run smoothly when all the parties involved know the common target and their own roles related to that target, and when the processes support the ways of working. People can then focus their efforts in the most essential part of their work – which hopefully, gives them also energy, excitement and relevance.

In my work, I combine logical, “engineer-like” thinking (M.Sc. in Industrial Management) with the coaching approach (accredited coach, ICF ACC).
