I am a Business Coach and a Project Manager with a passion to structure, simplify and visualize the processes, projects and leadership tools and methods.
By leadership I mean in this context both leading people and managing the things. In my mind, leading people is heavily based on the willingness to understand oneself and having a genuine interest for the other people and their thoughts.
I also strongly believe in clear communication and especially in the power of listening – to be able to embrace new things and implement changes in ourselves and in our environment, we need to have a possibility to stop and think, to open up our thinking to other person in a way that creates new thinking models and paths. To be able to support each other with this, we need to leave our egos on side for a moment, and to learn to listen and ask questions which support speaker’s own thinking process.
Managing the things is related to planning ahead, organizing and coordination – all of which aim to ensure that all the parties involved know the common target and their own roles related to the target. Securing that the tasks and the activities proceed smoothly, processes support the doing and that people can focus their effort in the most essential part of their work – which hopefully, gives them also energy, excitement and relevance.
