Group coaching / training fits into the situations where the unclarities in the roles & responsibilities, ways or working or prioritization cause frustration and fatigue. They can be also used to support change management.

PROJECT AND WORKSHOP FACILITATION
Do You need support to facilitate a project, a development exercise or an individual workshop?
With the support from external facilitator, the participants can focus on the business content, while planning, organization and coordination will be done for You. Facilitation also ensures that the focus is on the correct topics, ways or working are clear and that activities will proceed smoothly.
Content of the facilitation can be agreed based on Your needs, work can cover the whole process from the planning to the activity follow-up and documentation, or only e.g. the planning part.
External facilitation fits for the change and development projects and for the situations where clarification is needed, e.g. with the roles and responsibilities.
